The Hull Kingston Rovers Community Trust – also known as the Hull KR Foundation – is a registered charity that aims to inspire people through sport and physical activity.
Based at the Sewell Group Craven Park stadium in Marfleet, Hull – home of the Hull Kingston Rovers rugby team – the organisation’s mission also covers everything from the health of new mothers to supporting people with dementia.
The help they needed from TITAN was secure storage for a food donation program , which would provide goods to food banks in the local area.
Craig Shepherd, CEO of the charity, contacted us to ask if we could provide them with a 10-foot container for several months at an attractive price.
We were happy to help and quickly arranged for the free delivery of a 20-foot container at a special low price so they would never run out of storage space.
Our company’s steel containers are extremely durable and leak-proof, ideal for the safe and dry storage of perishable products.
WHY WE CHOSEN TO SUPPORT THIS PROJECT
This request fit perfectly with our values and desires. It was fully aligned with our mission to support declared charities that work for the good of their local community , and we were very happy to help.
